Comments about IRC GS-23 OE Motorcycle Tire:

This is OE tire on my 06 m50. I got 15,000miles and two years of riding. Better traction than dunlaps even after all tread was worn away did not slip even when it was wet. I rode on these tires until I could push my finger thru the rubber on the rear tire. The front tire lasted five years and about 38,000 miles. I've been looking for another set of and found them here. Highly recommend these tires they stick even when wet and bald.

  • Q:

I am looking at buying the IRC GS 23 tires for my suzuki vl 800 because it says it is the OE for my bike. The only difference I can see is mine say tube type on the tire where the tire on the web site says tubless. Does this matter? I have spoke wheels which is why my tires are tube type correct?

Thanks for your question! Yes that's correct, but you can put tubes in tubeless tires.

      A:

Thank you for the question! We double checked the tire on the IRC website. The tire tire that you are seeing on our website will indeed be the TUBE TYPE that you are looking for. IRC does not make a TUBEless tire in the sizes that you are requiring for that particular model tire. It is currently listed incorrectly on our website.

Thanks for your question! If you have a spoke rim you will have to run a tube. =)
