I use these as overpants and bought a really big size. Velcro is the only way to cinch these to your waste. No belt loops so i just added suspenders. Pant fly zipper failed the first time i unzipped them and was to excited to want to return them. The waterproof liner does not liked to be zipped and unzipped i fear it will fail also. Comes with hip and knee armor that is well placed for me. These pants do an awsome job of repelling water and keeping you fairly warm. I dont fear the rain in these what so ever.

I rode with these on several days in 25 degree weather and never felt the chill of the air. I don't have a windshield either. I actually pulled out the liner because I got to hot. My only issue with these pants is that the buttons on the waist pop loose easily. But there is a zipper and velcro holding everything in place.

I use these as overpants for cold weather and they've been great so far. They keep the wind out and keep my legs comfortable. I have abnormally large thighs and calves so I had to take out the waterproof liner, knee pads and hip pads to get them to fit well over jeans, but they've been great so far. I haven't had the chance to try them in the rain yet but my friend who also has a pair says they are perfectly waterproof even without the liner. I'm really happy with these pants.
