I'm a stickler for safety and wanted a boot I could wear all the time. These boots are super comfy, true to size (make sure you use the joe rocket sizing chart, and measure your biggest foot! [typically your right! I almost bought a 7 because I used my left initially...])Some folks have said the "hidden" wedge/heel really isn't all that hidden, not a big deal to me. I like that I get to be a little taller. And so far it hasn't effected my riding like my fiance thought it would. :P They were a little stiff at first but broke in pretty easily and only had difficulties shifting the first time I went out, but was easily able to either get used to it, or the boot got used to it. Ha.
