Comments about K&L Valve Stem with Rubber Base - 6-Pack:
This product allows easier access with the fill hose and pressure gauge than the straight stems. The K&L name means quality to me after having used tools of theirs and other products (rim protectors for tire changing) in the past.These stems are a little more difficult to install since you can't use a typical install tool to pull straight through.I had originally tried the clamp-in style 90 degree stem that uses two nuts and can't ever get the things to seal properly. These work as well as the straight TR412 valves for sealing to the rim.I use these on my rims and my friends rims when I change tires for them. I would recommend these.
