Comments about Kenda K270 Motorcycle Tire:

I bought these K270's about 4000 km's ago. I've mostly used them to go to work 2km's away. I've spent quite some time on highways and in the rain and snow. I don't recommend riding in the snow, but if you have to these are highly recommended. They are great around turns in the dry or wet. They are on the low end of the cost and so you expect them not to be perfect. They are way more than I expect from them.

It took 150psi to seat the front one properly.

The only tires I've rode on the street are these and the original tires my DRZ400 came with. I like these much better than the OEM ones.

They have great control on gravel roads, but in gumbo you gotta take it slow.

Most people are leary since they are cheap, but I'm cheap so they are perfect for me. My next pair will be these.

4000km's and there is not much wear on them. You can tell that they are not half round in the cross section. That's only cause most of my riding is on the street.

The manufacturer lists these as 80% Street and 20% off road. Personally I think that's a fair assesment. The retailers all list them as 50-50.

Okay take care and keep the rubber side down.

Bought to upgrade from my old dirt knobbies for dual sport purposes. Big difference in the ride over my old tires. Good dirt and street manners. Well worth the purchase.

Comments about Kenda K270 Motorcycle Tire:

I bought a set for my Kawasaki KLX250 and I liked them so I bought a second set for an older Honda XR250. For me this is a good compromise tire for 60/40 road/dirt use. I'd never installed a motorcycle tire before but with the help of youtube and the right tools it went fairly smoothly. I only have 300 miles on the first set but so far no signs of wear. I like them a lot better than the original (worn) Dunlap tires.
