Comments about Kenda K775 Washougal Motorcycle Tire:
Yes, this tire is DOT marked in the 80/100-21 front size. It is an aggressive knobby, clearly intended for dirt riding. It has small, widely spaced knobs. So far, I only have about 600 miles on the tire over a long weekend of dual-sporting (~25% pavement, 40% gravel road, and 35% trail) - but my impression so far is favorable.I have a KLX250S, and commute on my bike about 105 miles daily, so wear life is important to me. I also use my bike for aggressive trail riding on the weekends, and this is where I expect traction. My typical riding is a mix of about 75% pavement, 20% gravel road, and 5% trail. The OEM Dunlop D605 was subpar in both dirt traction and wear. Next was a Kenda K760 Trackmaster II - which I'm using as my current benchmark. So this what I've found with the K775 Washougal so far: stability is decent, but it does try to headshake more at speed in deep, loose gravel than the K760. Likewise, it isn't quite as stable at speed on pavement as the K760. It goes without saying that, as an aggressive knobby, braking on pavement is not excellent. That said, it is never disconcerting for me in any conditions I've come across. Once off of the roads and onto the trails, the tire works great. Braking, cornering, stability were all very good in a mix of hard and soft dirt, rocks ranging from pebbles to boulders, and grass. I didn't need to think about how the tire was going to react - I just did what I asked it to do.I'm hopeful that this tire will wear well once I'm back to my normal routine. If it has a relatively long wear life, it will be high on my list front tire choices.
Great Tire

This tire hooks really good in that real goop type mud that just sticks, I also got the sticky version to this tire but found that the grip was just about the same

A great tire for loose dirt and sand! I have used this tire in a few different conditons such as mud and sand (dunes) and the tire really works well. Tire does not clump up in the mud like others i have seen. I ran this with a millville rear sticky and they worked great on the track also.
