    First question is will this work on my bike with the frame set up like it is.....? I have a '98 Yamaha RoyalStar Tour Deluxe.Second question is where can I obtain the Kuryakyn Spline Adapter to attach this part to my bike...?

      Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the front adapter application is not offered by Kuryakyn. The rear adapter application is offered by Kuryakyn (splined adapters). Below is a link to the Kuryakyn splined adapter:
