I recently bought this manual for my 1989 rm 250 good book but it didnt tell me what I really needed to know. So I guess my question is how many volts come from the stator to the cdi plug?

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately we are not provided with that information from the manufacture. You would need to check with a Suzuki dealership for that information.
