Used to inject lubricant into cable housing. Clamps over housing and wire allowing an aerosol can to be connected. Once lube runs out the far end, the cable is lubricated.

Works Quite Well
from Des Moines, IA
Comments about Motion Pro Cable Luber:
I saw several reviews bashing this product, but decided to give it a try anyway. So far I have used it to lube two cables (one clutch, one front brake), on my motorcycle and it has worked so well that I plan to use it on my bicycles too. Here are some tips for using it:1) Insert only enough of the cable housing into the black rubber portion to allow you clamp down on it. Don't push it in too far. You probably need about 1/4" of the cable housing to clamp onto.2) Make sure the thumbscrews are clamped down well.3) Don't push the spray lube tube too far into the hole, otherwise it will butt up against the cable.4) Press GENTLY on the spray lube. Don't expect to lube the cable in 2 seconds. Go slow, be patient, and let the lube run into the cable. You will be able to hear the lube coming through the cable housing and out the other end.5) Don't expect the tool to be leak-free. It is not possible to get a perfect seal. Keep a shop towel underneath it.6) GO SLOW! Don't spray too much lube too quickly. One of the reviewers mentioned using electrical tape. Here is something to think about: Electrical tape has adhesive on one side, and your cable lube contains oils which can potentially dissolve that adhesive. Do you really want to dissolve adhesive and deposit it inside your cables? Talk about counterproductive...
Service and delivery comments:
I would rank BikeBandit higher, but have not yet heard from them about a needed exchange due to receiving an incorrect order. It has been over 24 hours. Call me!!

Not quite as it appears
from Fort Pierce, Fl.
Ordered this based on photograph, but got one that is different - it is longer, and has two screws to tighten - just like the one I already had purchased a while back. I have found the two screw version does not seal as well as my original one screw version (my original one was a Yamaha accessory). It is difficult to get the two screws tightened down evenly so that the rubber gasket makes a good seal, which leads to some messy cable lubing. Though it does the job, I will give this one away as I do not need two of them and continue my search for the one screw version.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Doesn't work on H-D cables
See all my reviews
Would not work on my h-d cables nor my kids bikes. Maybe it works for metrics or dirt bikes but nothing I have.
Quick and easy
Thirty minutes and all cables were lubed. Easy to use and right price.
