Comments about Motion Pro Masterlink Pliers:
We have chains on our pinsetters, and when we do maintainence we got to take master link out. We work in tight places and this tool makes putting the chain back together easy. Weird, a motorcycle tool for bowling service

I bought one of these on the recommendation of a fellow rider, and it has been one of the best tool purchases to date. I switch chains a lot, and with these pliers it is a piece of cake to remove and install the clip. It probably has saved me from buying countless master link clips because I kept breaking or losing them.
Motion Pro Masterlink Pliers

I am a small shop owner and racer and this tool is one of the best tools in my toolbox. Most people remove the masterlink clip with a screwdriver and most of them have bandaids on their other hand because of it. This tool is real easy to use for both removing and installing the masterlink clip on all sizes of chain. Not only that but it does not destroy the clip by bending or distorting it. That is a big deal because if the clip is damaged it can come off not only ruining a day of riding or racing but possibly taking out an engine case in the process. If you are a serious rider that maintains and cleans his/her equipment, this is a must have tool.

Great tool. Using regular pliers for this job tends to twist and muck up the clip, not to mention sending the clip flying away at least once. Having the Motion Pro tool makes it a less fiddly, one shot process.
