This works on my 91ZX7, at first I didn't think it would. Got the rear max lift and bike is very sturdy probably couldn't even kick it over(JK). Then I tried to put the fork lift up and the arms on the stand spun around, scary but still sturdy on back stand. Tried to figure out why and attempted again by myself,it went up. Then the arms on stand spun around again and the front came back down. I grabed a buddy so I could see if I was doing something wrong. Figured out there's an og spot. The two rubber arms on stand really need to be further apart to be perfect for my older bike. But I found that og spot and now feel very comfortable doing it by myself and it is very sturdy when up, but remember you have to use both stands. When you take it down hold on to handle of bike to keep front wheel straight and pull fork lift handle up and it plops down off of the stand quick, but still sturdy with the rear max stand. You'll get the feel of it.
