thus far have only had a few rides on these tires and not on the surfaces they were meant for. took them thru the deep woods and eventhough the ride was rocky and muddy they came up like champs. the bigger biting surface grabs and throws more for far greater traction. helped me climb rocks i would rather have gone around, next stop the track...i'll let you know how that goes....ride on
