Best Tire Yet

Comments about Maxxis Maxxcross SI M7311 Motorcycle Tire:
After years of running Michelin S-12's and swearing by them I had some bad luck with them. I kept chunking the tires in soft soil. Plus I got tired of their high prices. I read online that Maxxis had just came out with the SI tires. I bought my first pair and on my first ride with them I noticed just how good they were. My bike use to skate in the corners with the S-12's. The Maxxis SI's stay firmly planted and really hook up good in slick sections. I would highly recommend these tires to anyone. I am now on my second set of the SI's.

After using Michelins for many years, I found their quality lacking-chunking knobs. So I tried some Dunlop 756 tires.Big mistake, my front end was more skitterish than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. After reading Boomhauer's review of the MAXXIS tires, I ordered an SI front tire from Bike Bandit. I already had the IT on the rear(and loved it).By far, THE best knobbie I've ever used. My front end was sticking like velcro in turns. In the sandy sections, the front end was not knifing around like the 756 Dunlop.MAXXIS knobbies will be on my bike from now on!'07 GAS GAS MC 250

Hooking up !

I have always been good with the Trac Master tires and was not able to get any quick. So i came here and found these Maxxis tires. Wow the first ride out was super. All the mud and slick hard areas were no problem in Wayne Nat. Forest. They kick butt in the dry dusty areas too ! Going again soon and expect it to be another good day.
