The Tire of Your Dreams!

Comments about Maxxis MU09 Bighorn 2.0 ATV Tire:

So, can it really be that much better than stock? I hesitated getting new tires until I wore my stock ones out... Now wishing I would have wore them out sooner! The traction's incredible! And the enhanced stability on my quad is night and day! I highly recommend you get these if you have all independent suspension! I ride a brute force 750 and noticed instantly the difference in the stance and ride. Stock are 25x10(rear) and 25x8(front). Already a tippy ride, but decided to go with the 26x11(rear) and 26x9(front). They fill the fenders better and look like they mean business! Noticed a slight decrease of power, but nothing to cry over. Taller by about 1.5 inches and wider by about 2 inches (I run mine at about 6-7 PSI all around). The quad rides a little higher yes, but the wider footprint adds stability like you can't believe. I now give some of the 2WD racer quads a run for their money, even in the corners! The radial design absorbs the trail (rocks and roots) to the point of feeling like your driving down gravel roads. The traction is incredible! I'm now riding trails in 2WD that were a challenge in 4WD before. They clear great in the mud too! I'm the only one out of 4 quads that could make it through a NASTY mud pit we found. Even the Mud Lite ITP tractor style tires on my brute 650 couldn't make it through! I'm a SERIOUS rider, not just a talker... and if your a serious rider, GET THESE TIRES! Hill climbs, rocks, mud, logs, you name it, they are incredible! Money's tight, and I considered the "cheaper" knockoff tires... but I dunno if they could keep up. Why spend your money hoping they can do what these CAN and WILL DO! Money well spent!

Comments about Maxxis MU09 Bighorn 2.0 ATV Tire:

The salesman at Bike Bandit was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best tires for my ATV. Shipping by UPS ground was lightning fast. The tires are exactly as described and in excellent condition. I couldn't have asked for more from any retail sales. Thanks Bike Bandit, I'll be back.

      A:

Thanks for your question! When you go to a 26x9x12 from a 25x8x12 that would fit the rim no problem, that's going to be one inch taller and one inch wider.
