Comments about Metzeler Block-K Sidecar Tire:
These tires fit 1930's American Austins and they are unique because of the square sidewall. Many Austins have used motorcycle tires throughout the 60 years I have been playing with them. Not too many choices out there in this size. Last one wore out and gave reliable service. It was used on and off road--mostly dirt or gravel. The tire had reasonable traction on road-- we always want more! Price and availability are attractive. I wish there was more choice in sizes and widths. The rubber compond is a little hard but gives good life, which is tough for sidecar duty. I used mine on the sidecar and the front tire of my '82 Goldwing/Ural combo. kev
