Michelin Commander II front tire

By Brad

from San Diego, CA

See all my reviews

Pros

  • Handling
  • Looks great
  • price
  • Quiet ride

Cons

  • none

Best Uses

  • OE upgrade
  • Street use

I have this on a 09 Harley Softail Crossbones. The aggressive tread pattern looks great and it handles much better than the OE Dunlops. Smoother ride and better tracking in turns. The price is undeatable. I have only had it on for about 100 miles but there is a noticable difference. Even if it turns out to have a shorter tread life the price and handling make it well worth it.

    very nice

    By bigwobbely

    from san antonio TEXAS

    Pros

    • Ez to balance
    • Quiet
    • Smooth ride

    Cons

    • Front tire looks backward

    Best Uses

well what can i say besides MICHELIN TIRES ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
other than the front tire tread pattern appearing to go the wrong direction the tires ride great. looks good and the front tire needed NO wheel weights to balance and the rear only needed 1/2oz to balance. i went back and forth between the commander II's and the dunlop and glad i went with the commander II. hope they continue to make this tire so i can buy it again when i need a new set. so if ur thinking about tires give these a shot. glad i did
