Q: Does the new needle valve have a black polymer tip on it? If it does not have a polymer tip does the kit come with the needle valve seat? Asked on 2/7/2013 by Jay Know the answer? We do know these kits are designed to meet or exceed OEM standards so either way the kit you recieve would work for your machine if you have entered in the correct tear, make, and model of the machine you have. The Moose carb kit is made of similar materials as the factory parts, they are replacement to OEM parts.
