Moose Racing Species Headlights feature universal fitting with anti vibration rubber straps. It meets the CE and DOT standards and has a protective transparent polycarbonate lens for off-roading. The spot light is fitted with a 55W Halogen bulb and flood lights are fitted with 55W Halogen bulb and 55W incandescent bulb. Headlight extensions are included.

Comments about Moose Racing Species Black Headlight:

I searched for the right headlight for awhile, ended up going with this one because it was universal and wasnt a bad price! no problems with mounting or wiring it up, i have the bottom light as my daytime running light and the top lamp is my brights. there is a smaller bulb inside the top lamp that i didnt hook up, but i am assuming that could be used as a daytime light. it mounts with rubber rings that are very easy to put on but certainly are not going to fall off when your riding. i was a little sad when i saw that the top visor part wasnt actually clear, or smokes but instead completely opaque, so you wont be able to actually look through it but its not too big to where its going to obstruct your view, i was able to hide alot of my speedometer wiring and handle bar control wiring behind the visor. overall i really like it, i think it is a very good buy and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a headlight that looks pretty wicked!

HORRIBLE on a XR650l

Comments about Moose Racing Species Black Headlight:

you must figure out a way to bolt it down on the left and right side, the rubber straps that come with the product as mentioned in discription, are worthless and dont reach to the forks which would be ideal in this case. other wise if you like using duct tape and zip ties. THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
