        Thank you for your question. The Starter solenoid is a universal type of product. You may need to modify the existing harness in order to mount this unit. This solenoid is primarilly used on UTV (utlility vehicles) and ATV's. Although this solenoid can be used in a variety of applications and configurations, and may work on your VT500C.
