To be honest, this spring tool was a bit of a disappointment when it arrived. It's much smaller in size than I had imagined from the picture. It maybe measures 4 inches in length-there's no way to tell that from the picture. I'm sure it can remove small springs, but it's not a very substantial tool. In all it's not much better than the cheapy spring tools that often come when you buy springs. I'm keeping it because I guess you can't expect much for $6, but I wouldn't have bought it if I'd seen it full size first.
