      Bike Bandit helped me out when three others gave me the run around, even my dealer didn't help me. They matched my bike perfectly with a windshield and hardware. Quick delivery ( Three days across the country unbelivable.) Instulation was very easy , took about 1hr. Paid a little more but fits and looks great. Makes my 2002 look new. Well worth the money. THANK YOU.

        commuting 125 miles a day, this was a necessary purchase. I was always on the fence about buying a windshield due to all of the buffeting comments that where posted. I am 6'4 and get very minimal buffeting with this shield, and fits perfect.

        It's a great design with the ability to remove the shield easily to clean it and the motorcycle. Gives access to the areas normally covered for ease of cleaning when the whole bike gets a cleaning and polishing or when I want to go cruzin without the shield. The mounting kit was to pricey, but overall a great buy though.

              Thank you for your question. There is hardware permanently (can be removed if desired) mounted by clamps to the side of the fork assemblies. The windshield will dismount leaving the hardware on the forks. Removal of the windshield takes only seconds.
