Comments about Oury Grips Oury Road Grips:
I replace the grips on every motorcycle I own/ride with these. I have bought at least seven pair. I put the red ones on my red KLR (and yes, you need to cut a hole in the end for most applications) and the red gets to looking a little grungy, but I'm not sure I really care about that. These grips are comfortable, and sticky (in a good way) and damp handlebar vibrations. Huge improvement.Make sure the "OURY" on the grip is upright when you install, since they are sided. Also, install with a little cheap hair spray and then leave them alone for 12 hours -- when wet the hair spray lets them slide right on, and when dry it's sticky and the grips never move again.

Very comfortable, high quality
from Charleston, SC
I trust Oury on my mountain bikes, so I thought I'd give them a shot on my street bike... And I am very happy with the outcomeThese are very comfortable grips, a bit on the firm side but definitely better than the factory grips that were on there before. They are also much thicker than the factory grips, which makes gripping them easier and more comfortable on longer rides. These are the best motorcycle grips I've ever had, the ONLY negative is that as awesome as they look on a street-fighter, you can't use bar-end mirrors without cutting them (But you know this going into it, so no stars off for that)

Feel good so far. Haven't had bike out.
from Northwest Ohio
I installed these on my 74 CB550. I used rubbing alcohol to slide them on like the directions suggested. This may be common knowledge, but they are two different sizes (left side smaller, throttle side larger). When I first installed them, they were a little loose in the center (I could feel that they weren't grabbing the bar in some spots). Now, three days later, the alcohol has dried and they may have shrunk a little. They're tight now. I haven't had the bike off the center stand yet, but I think I'm going to like them. Nice grip and soft feel.
