Comments about Pirelli Angel ST Motorcycle Tire:

I use these tires on my 05ZX10R which is known for eating rear tires pretty quick. I have run everything from Qualifiers, to Pilot Powers, Pilot Roads, Sportecs, you name it. I fell in love with the original Stradas for their long life and handling. 8500 Miles average compared to 4000 on the others so I am hoping that these Angels will out perform them as advertised. They have completely changed the way my bike handles for the better. Turn in is quicker and handling seems more stable. They are actually very quick to warm up. These are not track day tires but then again I am no longer a track day rider. I need something I can carve a canyon road with on the weekend and be comfortable with in heavy rains. These tires have performed well for both so far. Only time will tell if their mileage is better than the Stradas.

Comments about Pirelli Angel ST Motorcycle Tire:

After a few thousand miles on a brand new Concours14, the OEM Bridgestone 021s made the bike feel very iffy in any leaned over angle. Several times I felt like the bike was just going to slip out from under me. I tried to get the Michellin PR3's when they were just coming out, but they could not be delivered in time, so I went with the Angels. Immediately, the bike had a new disposition, bringing a level of riding confidence that I had not yet felt on this machine. From Texas to Nebraska, to Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and back, with every weather, road type, and temperature range ... these tires held up perfectly! Even off road in horrible gravel down a winding canyon near the Navajo reservation, I never once felt out of control. I am still curious about the PR3s, but I am very satisfied with these. I just bought another rear since the current one (5k miles but plenty of rubber left) was cut deep from side to side by some sharp debris from a cager collision. Definitely a great set of tires!

Comments about Pirelli Angel ST Motorcycle Tire:

Just put on my 2nd rear now - Originally I replaced the awful (OEM)Bridgestones BT-021's on my 2009 Concours 14 with these, what an improvement! Better handling, really nice turn in, about the same mileage (6000 on rear the way I ride the Connie), great in rain.

This is the first time on any sport bike I've owned that I only changed the rear, think I can at least go 3 for 2 with the front. Front is wearing very nicely, no cupping or uneveness, and a good amount of tread left.

Comments about Pirelli Angel ST Motorcycle Tire:

Originally I replaced the garbage, (OEM) BT-021's on my 2010 Concours 14 with Angels at the beginning of the 2011 riding season. WOW, what an improvement! Awesome handling with really nice turn in and great in the rain.

This second set was only purchased to have spares on hand and the price on Bike Bandit at the time couldn't be beat! First set has only 3000 miles and they're wearing well with no cupping, flat spots or unevenness with plenty of tread left.

My only complaint, if there was one, is that Bike Bandit shipped each tire separately and in different packaging.

The back came first and had no protection, (naked) from those hazardous shipping guys but the second, (front) was in a box 2 days later?? I would have preferred the protection of a box or shrink wrap on the rear at a minimum. I guess I lucked out this time though, since there appears to be no visible damage. That being said, I would give Bike Bandit another shot at my business in the future and probably follow my on-line order up with a phone call the next time.

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately no motorcycle tire manufacturer will list mileage for a tire. We know that these are a updated tread pattern and the compound is slightly harder than most tires so this would be a higher mileage tire for sure depending on where you ride and if you keep up on tire pressure.
