Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Motorcycle Tire. Instead of using multi- compounds Pirelli has developed what is called EPT (Enhanced Patch Technology) to ensure a better grip and better performance on the road. The structure design is aimed to maximize - at every lean angle and every speed - the contact patch; in terms of area, shape and pressure. This combination supports the tread to reach an unbeatable level of grip and stability. The tire structure has been designed in order to get the set synchronized into balanced behavior, with the 2 tires perfectly matched in dynamic use. The patented Zero Degrees steel belt below the tread keeps the tires in the most suitable shape at all times and yet provides enough elasticity for a very progressive feedback and behavior in lean, allied to unbeatable bump absorption. With the support of the compound the zero degrees steel belt also guarantees huge braking stability.

Comments about Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Motorcycle Tire:
I got the Pirelli Diablo Rosso (front and rear) because they were on sale and I have friends that swear by Pirellis for both track and street riding. For the price they are a good tire… not great. I have had them on my SV1000s for about 3 months of riding time. I found them to be fine in dry conditions (even did a track day on them) but very hard rubber. On wet roads I found them to have less than sure footed traction, I never trusted them. They are great for an everyday tire, but if you do more "spirited" riding I wouldn't recommend them.
Great tire

I just bought the 190/50 for my 2001 gsxr1000, and put about 100 miles on yesterday. So far I'm very pleased. I had a dealer install it, so no comment on that, but so far the ride is great. Feels great cornering and haven't had any slipping even on sandy corners and a dirt road. I'm glad I went with the Pirelli I'm not a crazy rider, no racing or anything like that, so a w speed rating will be more than enough for me. I brought the bike to about 160 and it held just fine. I'll be putting the same tire on the front this fall, and will be using bike bandit again. Pricing was great, and I had the tire within about a week using standard shipping.
