Comments about Pirelli Scorpion MXMS Motorcycle Tire:

I've been running these tires for four years now and have never been tempted to switch to a different style. We ride some pretty nasty trails, mud, off camber slippery roots, etc etc. They hook up. They may not last as long due to their softer sticky compound but its a small price to pay for great traction and the confidence that you will not be cockroaching your bike to make it up that slippery wet clay hills.

Amazing tire!

Comments about Pirelli Scorpion MXMS Motorcycle Tire:

I tried this tire when another brand stopped making the one I was using for years. I wish I had switch a lot sooner! The MXMS is for mud and it works great there but I ride a lot of mixed terrain consisting of Northeastern tight, rocky, muddy, wet, root infested trails and I have learned to trust its grip way past the other brand. It can get a bit iffy on hard pack or large flat rocks but I usually avoid them by riding around them through the tight stuff. I was disappointed when it showed some early wear but even with some rounded off knobs, it still performs better than some new tires. I don't hesitate buying a new one because of the performance. I normally like a long lasting tire because I hate to change them but this baby is well worth the tire change effort!
