Comments about Pirelli Scorpion Sync Motorcycle Tire:
This tire represents a good balance between pavement and light off road traction. Wet weather stability seems great.

I was debating for nearly six months on what to replace the OEM Pirelli Scorpion Sync's with on my 2006 Buell XB9SX. The originals were awesone, great performance, quick warm up and great wear life over multiple surfaces (75% normal street, 20% sandy/broken pavement, 5% dirt/gravel roads). I got nearly 7k miles on the first set but the Syncs were highly priced, comparatively speaking. That is until I found them on bikebandit.com, they had them available shipped to me for less than regular moderately-priced street tires at my usual internet shops. From the time I ordered, they were at my door in 5 days, no issues, no hassles. The new tires are so grippy, I forgot how much that short wheelbase Buell could turn and plant itself on supersport tires that can actually handle the occasional dirt and sandy roads road. So much fun again, I highly recommend!!!

Great tire for all conditions
By Skier

I used a set of Scorpion Syncs on a trip to Alaska on my Honda 599. The tires handled everything the trip threw at it: dry pavement, wet pavement, gravel, dirt and some areas with lots of rocks. The tires never skipped a beat despite a fully loaded bike pushing them around in all kinds of conditions. The only downside is tire life: at 8,000 miles I will be at the wear bars on the back tire. Other tires provide comparable on-road traction with better lifespan.
