Comments about Race Tech Fork Springs:

I replaced the OEM springs on my 2005 GSX1300R hayabusa with these Race-techs after I killed 3 oil seals in 2 years. It's been over a year and I haven't had any oil seal problems since. I'm not a hard-core racer but some of the roads in and around Oakland that I commute on have some pretty good "Dellums" or pot-holes. The hayabusa has been described as being undersprung anyway, so these babies had some higher tension, which my 210lb weight required. I did notice a significant improvement on poor road surface and I haven't bottomed out my fork-travel since I got these.

Comments about Race Tech Fork Springs:

I installed these on my 2006 Concours. I am very satisfied with the improved ride. No more nose diving in the front end. Much stiffer ride and my handling improved. I am not a light weight rider so the added stiffness is nice. Racetech's phone support was awesome too. My only disappointment was the spacer material was PVC and the long length of the spacer.

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately the OEM manufacturers will not provide us with the spring rates of the OEM springs. Depending on your model, these Race Tech Springs will range from 0.8 to 1.0 kg/mm.

You list several different spring rates for my bike. 1995 kawasaki zx1100e. However I have no idea whet the stock spring rate is & cannot seem to find this info anywhere. Do you know the stock spring rate? Im looking for about 1 number higher than stock as the stock springs are a bit soft for sport riding. Thx.

        • Q:

You don't list the spring rates for Race Tech forks springs (but you do for their shock springs) and your part numbers don't correlate to Race Tech part numbers. I know what spring rate I need. Please list the spring rates on the product listing so I can order the correct item. I don't need someone to tell me what spring rate I need, I just need to know what the spring rate is for the part numbers listed.
