Great winter jacket

Comments about Alpinestars Verona Waterproof Motorcycle Jacket:
I normally wear a medium in A stars gear but the medium for this jacket was WAY too small. Exchanged for a large which fit much better but the neck is still too small for me to zip all the way up if I'm wearing anymore than a shirt underneath.Very comfortable and low key jacket. I rode about 800 miles over the weekend and this jacket was a success. I also bought the bio armor backpad for it for extra protection.Looks great on and off the bike.Only complaint other than sizing is that the cuffs don't completely seal off my wrists from the cold and are not adjustable BUT I think they were designed for gauntlet gloves (which are on the way)
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nice overall jacket, if it fits
from Miami, Fl
Great quality jacket but their sizing is a little off for me. 6'2", 205 with long arms. Tried on other Alpinestars jackets before ordering and needed a xxl for the arms to be long enough. This resulted in a jacket that is too baggy and flaps while riding. Maybe shoulda gone with a xl but that would have required other compromises. Shame because the build quality is excellent and it looks great. The zippers and liner are top notch. The pads are smaller than my other riding jacket and barely noticeable. Haven't tried it in the rain but I'd guess its pretty good judging by the fabric and concealed zippers. Bottom line - if you can get a good fit and pick it up on closeout like I did, you'll be happy.

unbelievably small. I normally wear medium size, but this jacket was too small. I had to go with x-large.
