Comments about Joe Rocket Atomic 4.0 Motorcycle Jacket:
This jacket is great! Looks awesome, and it can be worn as a pretty casual sweater, seeing as how the jacket itself isn't plastered with logos. Nice and simple, yet tough and comfortable, this jacket is pretty well rounded. The padding feels strong, what with shoulder, forearm, and spinal paddings. The only con for this jacket I can personally admit is that although there are plenty of vents, it can get a bit stuffy. Riding around in 75/80 degree weather will definitely make you sweat!Overall, I would recommend this sweater for its quality and its price. Although not the cheapest, it certainly retains heat as well as a leather jacket.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It is watèrproof. I haven't ridden in heavy rain but it kept me bone dry today. I rode about 160 miles today in the rain. Fits great.
Great all-year jacket in the South

I've worn this jacket (without liner) on a 90+ degree day and as long as you stay moving and have the vents open, it's comfortable. I've also worn it on a 25 mile ride on a 35 degree/rainy day (vents closed, liner in) and was comfortable. It is bulky because of the pads, but I can still roll it up and fit it in a saddle bag. Probably not something you want to wear around town if you're not riding. Love the look, pockets are fine, the sleeves close up tight enough not to need full-gauntlet gloves, and it's survived a few interactions with the ground without any noticeable damage.

This is a cool looking jacket, and is very comfortable. It has an inner lining for cold days that can be zipped out for the warmer months. It has plenty of venting, and body armor in the back, elbows, and shoulders. Great price for what you get!
