As the official gear sponsor for MotoQuest Tours,
we’ve been blessed to explored the globe with their team
of ace international guides. When founder Phil Freeman
asked us to create a set of gear that would protect his
crew across the widest possible range of harsh weather
conditions and constantly changing micro climates we
were definitely up for the challenge. After months of
intensive design and exhaustive product testing, the
formula was complete.
“Three Layer Systems Design”
levels of performance when riding through extreme
wind, rain, heat, and cold.
Layer One -consists of a rugged 500 and 2000 D Cordura®
shell that’s equipped with our exclusive “Mega Vent
Panel System”. This system allows the jacket to transition
from solid body, to adjustable airflow construction in
seconds. Key features include a zip off integrated back
pack with a 2 liter hydration bladder, seven storage
pockets and an oversized waterproof back storage
pocket. Layer Two -consists of a sporty, wind and water resistant
Thermolite® insulated, soft shell liner jacket that pulls
double duty as casual sportswear. This jacket includes
two side zipper pockets and a stand up mandarin style
collar. Layer Three -consists of fully functional rain jacket that
includes a stow away knit hood with a rubberized aqua
barrier and neck gator concealed under the collar. This
jacket was designed to be worn both over or under the
outshell as weather conditions dictate.
Just a glimpse of the new 2014 collection from Olympia Moto Sports. Shown here are just a few items: the flagship MotoQuest Guide jacket and pant combo, the Dakar jacket and pant combo, and the Ranger jacket as well. Each a little bit different with some having more venting, or perhaps fitted with a hydration system, but all have the Motion Flex armor system within a genuine Cordura shell. The folks at Olympia Moto Sports embrace the concept of " buy the best, cry once", and use only the finest materials to build their apparel. As mentioned before, genuine DuPont Cordura is used to construct the main body of the garment, 3M Scotchlite for all reflective panels and piping, and thermal liners built with Thermolite. Do one thing, and do it without compromise. Check out the entire 2014 collection from Olympia Moto Sports.
