Nelson Rigg Sport Tail Bag
By Sport Tour Guy
Comments about Nelson Rigg Sport Tail Seat Bag:
I'm very pleased with this tail bag. All bike seats are different, but this fits a ZX14 almost perfectly, strapped securely directly to the seat. No unsightly straps cluttering up the bike. The rain cover does take up too much room inside the bag so I cut it off with scissors. Also, the bag is expandable which adds lots of room. But the straps must be adjusted in order to expand it. It took me less than 5 minutes to mount this bag. Overall, I'm very happy with it, perfect for what I need.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

All in all this is a pretty good bag, particularly for sportbikes with relatively small pillion seats. Straps can be attached to convenient points on the bike or directly to the rear seat itself. The bag is reinforced so it holds its shape. The only downside is that the raincover is stored inside a pouch within the bag's main compartment, and it takes up a surprising amount of room. Pouch and raincover are permanently attached to the bag, so you can't just opt to leave them at home. Construction seems solid, logos are very reflective, and the expandability is a nice plus. It's brand new, so I can't yet comment on durability.
