More rugged, love the product, some bugs

Comments about Garmin zumor 350LM GPS:

I'm a Garmin fan- used the Zumo last weekend for a single-track ride in CO and was not disappointed. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. I was responsible for navigating the trails for I sucked it up and threw down the big bucks, and I'm glad I did.

  • Q:

Is this the replacement for the zumo 550...same features with bigger screen? Have been researching the 660 and 665 but customer reviews indicate there are many problems with XM and machine just shutting down. What kind of feedback are you receiving from customers on the 350LM and the 660 and 665? If I am going to spend this much money, I want to know I am purchasing a trouble free piece of equipment. Thanks, Don

  • Q:

Does the 350LM support GPX. file format?
    Asked on 8/19/2012 by Rick

    1 answer

Thank you for your question. Yes the 350LM does support GPX file formats. Current.gpx = file created each time you connect your Zumo to USB. Stores all current loaded routes and waypoints in the Zumo. This file is sent from the Zumo TO mapsource
Temp.gpx = file created that stores all routes and waypoints for connection from mapsource TO Zumo
