Comments about Cortech Latigo Air Road Race Motorcycle Boots:

Excellent Boots for the combo. riders like me. Commute daily and occassional TRACK riding .....
Sole is a little Softer than Full on race boots , but it gives a better feel for what the bike is doing beneath me. $$$ to value ratio is very good, I am not cheap when it comes to my Safety gear. PS stay away from the BILT stuff - its not good enuf for Track use !!!!

great inexpensive boot

By Evan

from CT

Pros

  • Comfort
  • Fit
  • price
  • Protection

Cons

  • Toe slider

Best Uses

  • Sporty street riding
  • Spring summer fall
  • Trackday

Comments about Cortech Latigo Air Road Race Motorcycle Boots:

First time I had these out was on a 55 degree day in January and took a bit to get used to them, but after 20 min I was fine (Never had a true sport boot before). With regular socks my feet were getting slightly chilly after an hour and a half but not unbearable (Thicker socks would cure this). Fit is true to size and more in line with US width products than the A-Stars I tried on locally. Toe slider is plastic so not sure how that will hold up on track. Hardcore track nuts may want something more substantial, but for occasional trackdays and sporty street riding I couldn't find anything that matched this quality and value. Walking around isn't too bad once broken in either.

Comments about Cortech Latigo Air Road Race Motorcycle Boots:

I'm a weekend "joy" rider so they get worn once or twice a week. Great fit and true to size. Love the look and styling. Venting seems good but not a huge part of my purchasing desision. Toe box/shifter pad took a bit a getting use to as its bigger than my old boots.

  • Ample Padding
  • Breaths good
  • Comfortable Fit

Cons

  • Wide Around The Ankle

Best Uses

  • Casual Wear
  • Long Rides

Comments about Cortech Latigo Air Road Race Motorcycle Boots:

The boot fits great and allows alot of breathing room. The only thing i do not like is how loose it feels around the ankle. Other then that its a great boot.
