Comments about Sidi Blade Motorcycle Boots:
So far these shoes/boots are excellent, great traction even on wet roads, and the air intakes and breathability is awesome, I ride here in a hot, humid climate so wearing all the heavy gear isn't an option. These boots are stylish and comfortable while off the bike and has the added protection in the right place while on.

I wear these when I ride to the office. Good ankle protection. Nice features. Fit true to size for me. Look good with jeans and they don't squeek a lot like my taller boots. Great for fair weather commuting on a motorcycle.

I used to be a professional bicycle racer and I used SIDI shoes since 1977. I still do. They last forever. I finally threw away a pair last year that i bought in 1997. They are pearless. Also, one knows exactly what to expect in sizing from them. Unlike other European companies, they have U.S. sizing down and produce up to a 52 in just about every model. The same 48 I bought in 1977 is the same 48 I got when I got these boots. If you know your SIDI size you can mail order with confidence. It is the same as a Nike athletic shoe 13.5 or an Adidas 14, or a Puma 14. This boot is really built, and i ride everyday as i commute to work on the bike. I use motorcycles like a second car. My wife has the car most of the time. It is not advertised as waterproof, but i ride it all the time in the rain, and my feet are dry. It cannot be avoided in Central Florida in the summer. I wear them to work and all day at the office and they fit right in. Finally, even if they did not fit, or even if they hurt my feet, I would still wear them as they are just so cool. They are more than boots, they are works of art. SIDI takes pride in what they do, and it shows in their products. I am going to take a look at the sneaker-style shoes that they are having made in China. In short, these boots are just plain super bad.

I use these boots while drag racing only. The Velcro straps work well but the rest of the boot is awful extremely uncomfortable and after 3 hr's in to a day of racing they hurt! I have had them a year now so I feel I gave them a chance. I will be replacing them shortly and will put them out at my trailer during a Mirock race stating FREE!!
