Comments about Mobile Warming Women's TX Heated Glove:

These are great when I first get on my school bus on cold mornings!I ride a motorcycle year around and have suffered from 'frozen fingers syndrome' during the winter months. These are fantastic and keep my hands warm and dry.

Comments about Mobile Warming Women's TX Heated Glove:

I have a pair of Gerbing gloves that plug into my Gerbing jacket liner, but thought I'd try the Mobile Warming gloves as an alternative. I love the feel of the Gerbings, but by the time you wrangle the connections and get all plugged in, you have to go to the bathroom, so you have to plan ahead… Thought these might be more convenient sometimes.

The MW gloves are thicker (more insulated) than the Gerbings, and seemed a bit "snowsuit-like" by comparison when I first tried them on, but they quickly limbered up, before I reached the end of the street, and were not cumbersome. They take a couple of minutes to fully warm up, so turn them on while you're still fumbling with your other zippers and such, and they'll feel good when you pull them on.

One battery slips into the back of each glove; at first, it was a tight fit, and I struggled to get one of the enclosures to zip fully shut over the connector, but it limbered up, too. It isn't as if the batteries are going to go flying out, after all (well, not at my speed). The battery pockets have clear plastic windows so you can adjust the heat by pressing on the controls.

Nice that you can disconnect, leave the batteries in their little pockets, and plug into the included wall charger. I bought a spare pair of batteries just in case.

If I were headed to Alaska, I'd probably want the Gerbings, which fairly roast my hands when barely cranked up. But the MW gloves are good for not-so-bitter days when just insulated gloves aren't enough.

This is what makes motorcycling expensive: all the accessories!

Good service, good price, as always, from BikeBandit.
