Comments about AFX FX-90 / FX-100 / FX-Magnus Solid Full Face Helmet Faceshield:
The mirror shield is perfect for riding both at day and night. It has a little bit of tint (less than smoke I'm sure) that will block the sun, but still allow you to see at night. No one can see your face if their standing two feet away. Already have gotten many compliments. It is a little noisy at speeds over 50ish, but I'm sure thats the helmets fault. It was worth every penny.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

No more red eyes

I got the chrome and smoke in these shields foe my AFX 100 Multi Helmet. On my long hot sunny days on my bike, these shields really help. No more runny or red eyes anymore. The chrome is beautiful as well. They are very affordable and worth the price. The changing of the lens is easily done as well. The only error you dont want to make is to be left out in the dark with these shields. I usually take the clear lens with me if I will be back after dark. Thanks AFX & Bandit.

Mirrored ordered, and installed. It isn't as dark as I would prefer, but then I wouldn't be able to leave it on 24/7. I ride at all times of day and night and don't have a problem seeing at the darker hours with the mirrored lens. during the day I still have to wear sunglasses to get the desired level of shade for my eyes. I love the fact that people can't see my face while the shield is down. Changing the shield out seems to be a pain, but that should have been something AFX looked at before producing this helmet. So I just leave mine on.
