i wear a waist 29 and length 30 size pants, and stand 5'6" would a medium be too big with this suit?

Thanks for your question! The X-Small measures as a 30" waist and a 31.5" inseam. The medium measures as a 34" waist and 32.5" inseam.

I can't find your sizing charts for this product. What size should I get? I'm just under 5'10", about 178 lbs, 31" inseam, 35" waist. Is this worn over street cloths, or as the primary garment? Thanks.

Thanks for your question! That would put you in a size large and you would wear it over clothes.
