I ordered the 2XL. I've been able to fit in a competing brands 2XL (Fly) with no serious problems. just a snug fit that water soaking and Neatsfoot oil was able to optimize. When the River Road Swindlers arrived I could not get these past my knuckles. I was afraid of damaging the gloves if I forced them on, they were that tight. They looked nice, but they were returned, and since they didn't offer an 3XL, I applied for a refund. Definitely order one size larger than normal and you should be OK
