Comments about River Road Vandal Leather Vest:
Since I live in WI, I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I tried it on immediately and it fits great. I wear a L tshirt and I ordered a L vest. I even tried it on with a hooded sweatshirt and still fits perfect. The chest pockets are a nice size and should fit most phones or smokes. The interior pockets are very spacious (I might even try putting the carry pocket to use this next summer).
