Comments about Scorpion EXO 1000 Solid Full Face Helmet:
This helmet is very comfortable and with the air inflation bladder, this will not move around. The vents work well keeping you cool and when you shut them it is comfortable on a cool day.

Great Helmet

During my last 48 years of riding, I have always looked for full coverage helmets that are quiet (minimal wind noise) and fit snug and I can put my eye glasses on with ease. The Scorpion helmets and Shoei helmets meet those requirements. To get this EXO1000 at the price I did ([$]) was a great deal, thanks to my AMA membership!

If you're not willing to drop Suomy type money, I'd fully recommend this helmet. I've got about 8-9k comfortable miles so far.In this price range, you can't get these features on any other helmet. The pin lock visor, flip down sun shade (pay an extra $20 and get the darker one), nose breath guard and chin skirt are great. HJC makes you pay for those last two on most low-end helmets.I don't like it in heavy rain. The vents let water in, which drips down the sun shade and falls in front of your face. It doesn't affect my interstate riding, but if I were carving corners or at a track it would be very distracting. Also, I don't think the vents do very much, but I haven't compared it to many other helmets.
