took for ever to ship which i understand because im in new jersey and they ship from California hoping to return this large helmet and get an extra large the cheek area is really really tight i feel the crown area where you measure it will brake in but now those cheek pads way way to tight i must have fat cheeks

I've had this helmet for a couple of weeks and so far it's been great. I've ordered smaller cheek pads as the standard ones are quite snug. So snug that they press the seam of the chin strap (the seam is padded, but can be felt through the padding) against my jaw bone, leaving it a little sore after my 30 minute commute. This also somewhat defeats the purpose of the inflatable cheek pads. The pressure points from the strap seems to have mostly gone away over the first two weeks, so either it's breaking in, or I'm getting used to it. Either way, slimmer cheek pads should resolve it, and maybe I'll try out the inflatable feature once they're installed.
It's quieter than my previous helmet. It's also pretty small. It's somewhat difficult to put on/take off (again, thinner cheek pads should help), and when it's on, the chin bar is pretty close. There's not a lot of extra room, which I like. That said, if I don't open the visor when stopped, I almost feel like I'm going to run out of air. I can't speak for the ventilation when moving as it's been cold and I've kept the vents closed.
The everclear face shield works great, and doesn't fog up whatsoever. It's also extremely easy to change. The internal sun visor has smooth and firm action and is a light smoke. They have various sun visors available if you want a darker one.

This helmet is really pretty amazing for the price. All the Pros far outweigh the one and only Con... Noise. I thought that since this helmet was tested/developed in a windtunnel that it would be more quiet than my 4 year old HJC full face... But... It's actually a little bit more noisy. However... All of the features you'd find in much much more expensive helmets are here for around $200 bucks! It's a no brainer, that will protect your brain!
