This is an amazing tire. For the price there is no way you'll find a better deal. However, keep in mind this tire is for street/ strip use. If you're that kind of rider, you'll fall in love with this tire. The tire warms-up quickly and has a large contact patch (with no lean angle).
This tire is not for riders that turn hard with steep lean angles. It becomes squirrelly and unpredictable.

from the reviews that i read before buying this tire i was extremely excited to get it. after the scuff in period i found it grips well in rain and dry conditions but not quite as well as my bridgestone bt020 did. my front michelin pilot power is actually sticky to the touch after 20 miles on the highway compared to the stealth(which is not).i am a vigorous rider in florida so the roads get quite hot and i am frequently forced to ride in the rain. 5 stars for price 3 for qaulity so it gets a 4. metzler m-1 is what i am gettin next.

I brought some shinko'S 003 stealth tires to race my Suzuki hayabusa, they hook very well at the track and on the street as well,I will always RACE on shinko's tires from now on,there my #1 choice of tires and they get the job done on and off the track!!!!!

IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A DUAL PURPOSE TIRE THAT WILL BOTH FIT YOUR STREET & DRAG RACING THIS IS THE BEST TIRE TO GO WITH....ONCE YOU USE THE SHINKO 003 YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
