Shinko 421 Mini Bike Trail Motorcycle Tire. This mini tire has a tough nylon carcass with dimpled knobs to provide traction in a variety of terrains. Shinko's open tread pattern cleans out well in muddy conditions. Tube type.

Comments about Shinko 421 Mini Bike Trail Motorcycle Tire:
This tire (Shinko 421) arrives as a "Golden Boy" which was one of the original brands used on Honda Mini Trail...good for resto if needed.

Bought this for a pit bike application, tread is super aggressive for some trail work but good enough to ride on pavement, very durable design and great traction!
Excellent tire for the money

I got a pair for my 1980 Yamaha LC50, and while they're a bit agressive for a moped they make a noticable improvement in handling both on and off road. The treads are deep and hook up good on easy trails, but not too deep that they're unfit for the road.

I decided to put the Shinko's on my 1980 Yamaha LC50 Champ moped after getting tired of the plain old street tires. I've had Shinko's on my KLR 650 and they were great, so I figured why not try them at the other end of the spectrum. I'm not dissapointed. They definitely deliver better torqe to the ground, and when you're on a 49cc machine every ounce of torque makes a difference. I would highly reccomend these tires for any moped
