Very Happy with the QWest
from Friendswood, TX
Comments about Shoei Qwest Solid Full Face Motorcycle Helmet:
My second Shoei, excellent build. I am impressed with the light weight. Larger eye opening than prior helmets. Very aerodynamic shape reduces wind noise. I used a measuring tape to determine size. Ordered a L instead of prior helmets being XL. Great fit.Ordering process very easy, got a good discount vs retail stores using my AMA membership number and Bandit Bucks. [...] I couldn't be happier with the purchase!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Bank For Buck, Protection
from Atco, NJ
Great helmet, very comfortable. I have a large head and Shoei is one of the only helmets that fits comfortable. It has a rounder construction and does not dig into forhead like many other full face helmets.
A great helmet
from Middle TN
I really like this helmet. It is well built and fits true to size with no pressure points or hot spots after long term use. I ordered a dark face shield and changing out the face shields could not be easier. The Matte Gray color looks really sharp too.
from Los Angeles, CA
This helmet has Shoei build quality and advance design. I bought the non graphic one. It has almost exactly the features as my friend's Shoei RF1100 but cost almost $150 less. Also when compare to my friend's RF1100, my newer design Qwest is actually slightly quieter and has a little bit better ventilation. It keeps me comfortable during 5 hours of riding. The cheek pads are removable but the top liner can not remove completely on this [$] helmet. I am OK with that. You can still rinse the top liner with the helmet once every year if needed. Overall I think this is one of the best helmets in $300 to $400 price range now.
