Comments about Sunstar Steel OE Replacement Motorcycle Sprocket:

Well made and good looking sprocket but did not fit my '94 Suzuki DR350 SER. Double checking Sunstar and Bandit's web sites confirms that the correct part number was ordered. It just doesn't fit. Are there other fitment errors in Sunstar's catalog?

Comments about Sunstar Steel OE Replacement Motorcycle Sprocket:

Easy to install on my 2009 Yamaha V Star 250. Now I can ride the highways with a lower RPM and less wear and tear on my engine. [...]. Gearing up really made this 250 much more comfortable to ride at 65 mph. I am pulling 5200 RPM now at that speed.

Comments about Sunstar Steel OE Replacement Motorcycle Sprocket:

I have used Sunstar sprockets in the past and I have been happy with the quality and will buy them again. The problem I had with my last purchase was they sent me the wrong sprocket. The bolt pattern was correct but the diameter of the center hole was bigger than it should have been. I put it on the bike so I hope I don't have any problems.

How can i determine the pitch and angle for the 54t sprocket?

            • CUSTOMER CARE

              A:

Thank you for your question! Since these are listed as a OE replacement these would be the same pitch/angle as what came stock on the machine. You may want to check the owners manual to see what came stock on the machine. We can check further into this for you if you contact our sales dept (888-339-3888 or 619-623-3661) with your exact year, make, and model of the machine you are ordering parts for. Please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with.

          • Q:

the 100435 sprocket is said to be an OE fit for a 1981 KZ650; in the spec it says 530 chain conversion, however the OE chain is a 630. Will this fit a 630 chain?

            Thanks

            • CUSTOMER CARE

              A:

Thank you for your question. No this sprocket is to convert to a lighter and less expensive 530 system. This sprocket is a replacement to O.E. specs. The early model Kawasaki motorcycles came equipped with Sunstar sprockets.
