OE fitment on Suzuki DL650 V-Strom 04-07 and DL1000 V-Strom 03-07. Designed primarily for dual sport use, this long-wearing, 4-ply front/rear combination tire has self-cleaning tread blocks that still give a traction edge for muddy and loose terrains. Special dimpled tread pattern means many edges, which helps maximize traction. Unique front/rear combination provides balanced highway and off-road performance.

Comments about Bridgestone Trail Wing TW152-F Motorcycle Tire:
Great handling tire for my BMW GS1150. I drive mostly secondary roads and have found this tire long wearing and very stable under all conditions. I found BikeBandits website easy to use. It is also nice to see the AMA member discount. AAAA++++
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Well balanced tire
So far I am yet to face a problem with Trail Wings. I've been riding my DL650 about 20K miles a year on them, both on highway and gravel, but mostly on highway, and they've never got me down. I don't know how long are they supposed to last - for me it is 10-15K which I find appropriate for such versatile tires.

good on pavement only
from Crowsnest Pass, Alberta.
The trailwing 152 tires on my suzuki dl650 are great on pavement, horrible on gravel. On pavement they are quiet, quick turning, and hold a corner without squirming. They are OK in the rain as well.On gravel they are terrible, and even after adjusting the bike's preload for gravel use, they are plain unstable and scary even at very low speeds. I rode a lot of gravel on my old 1979 xl500, so I'm familiar with dual sport bikes and dual sport tire limitations. The Bridgestone trailwing 152 tire is designed primarily for paved roads, and should stay on paved roads.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
