Comments about Continental Conti Road Attack 2-Dual Sport Motorcycle Tire:

Enjoyed the tires overall performance. Using on a DL1000 V-Strom with 80% of riding in the canyons at brisk pace and 20% commuting. Prior rear tire was the Standard Road Attack and the rear started to square off at 4800 miles and I was able to get 6000 miles out of it when I was into the wear bars. Waiting for new Road Attack 2 to arrive, I took a 100 mile ride and when I got back I was down to steel. Order your new tire before you get to the wear bars if you choose this tire.

The new GT version does not come in my tire sizes, so I am going to pick up the older Road Attack before they are gone. This tire still shows up on Continentals web site, but everyone is selling them on clearance, and not listed in catalogs anymore.

I was happy with the mileage, and the front had lots of tread and still does at 9500 miles, with no cupping, so I tried the Road Attack 2. It started squaring off at 2000 miles and was gone at 3600.
