Comments about Continental Conti Road Attack 2 Hyper Sport Motorcycle Tire:
I ride a BMW K1100LT, and have for 10 plus years. The OEM Metzler 550 has been out of production longer then that and the 880 replacements, while very good, were also slightly over sized and I therefore decided to try some other tires. For my front I selected the Conti Road Attack 2 Hyper Sport Motorcycle Tire, but there was not a fit for my rear so after a little searching on Bike Bandit I found a vey similar tread pattern in the Conti Trail Attack 2 Dual-Sport Tire. They are in fact a great match and work great together. I will not say anything incriminate about my riding speed, but let it suffice to say that if riding a big V-twin is like riding a sled, my beemer with Contis is like riding an ice skate. My next pair is already in my garage.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These tires replaced the previous 'Attack' tire from Conti, and are a superior tire. They needed no break-in/heat cycle to burn off the oil film. They have outstanding traction and are a fantastic cornering tire. I ride a z750s, and this is the tire I'm staying with, until Conti makes something better than these. Although that's hard to imagine.

These are great tires for a sport bike!

Get great life from these tires. Either I'm into the turns mostly. Or they just don't square off. Down to the metal on my last pair, & no boxing.

I went from Road Attack (original) rear and Trail Attack front to straight Road Attack2s on my Vstrom 1000. I rode in the rain with no break-in, it was comfortable out of my driveway and has only gotten better. I somehow pulled 18k+ miles out of my original Road Attack rear and half that would be good on the Attack2s.
