Comments about Dunlop Roadsmart II Motorcycle Tire:

Concours 14. Use as a daily commuter as well as for tearing up back roads and touring. I loved the original RoadSmarts and already love these more. Easy turn-in but still remain very neutral. Only 200 miles on them so far but I already got rid of chicken strips. They are more confidence inspiring than the original RoadSmarts when leaned over hard. Haven't ridden in heavy rain but felt very secure during light rainfall. Fast warm up time. Truly a great all around tire.

Comments about Dunlop Roadsmart II Motorcycle Tire:

I'm a bike rider in Louisiana where you cannot ride your bike and not get caught in the rain. I seriously haven't had one bad traction event with this tire yet and I have put 4000 miles on them since February '13. Totally trust these tires and recommend them to any sport tour rider.

I have ridden all over country on these tires. Often in torrential rain. No issues just good grip.

Comments about Dunlop Roadsmart II Motorcycle Tire:

Roadsmart II is the best set of tires I've had on my '08 Concours 1400 so far! I liked the OEM BT-023 Bridgestones but they weren't quite as good as the original Roadsmarts that replaced them. After 2 sets of the original Roadsmart, the second set went triangular very quickly (lots of curves on a 2K mile roadtrip) and the handling suffered for the last 5K miles because of it. I was ready to try Michellin's, but saw the II's and decided to try them, being partial to Dunlop for the past 40 years. The II's feel so neutral with no fall in at low speeds and are totally neutral at speed in the tight corners and sweepers, and mid-corner line changes are easier. Side to side transitions are confidence inspiring. Now to see how long before the sides wear down and triangulate the profile. They are certainly the most impressive tires compared to others I've had on this bike.
