Hard use on KLX650 over 30,000 miles
from Delaware Ohio
Comments about Duro HF904 Median Motorcycle Tire:
I can afford to buy whatever I want, the Duros were affordable when I couldn't so I took a chance. They proved a gem of a find, now I run them because they worked and never chunked a single tread block. I have over 30,000 miles experience, 70% hard cornering road miles w/SM and sport riders. 30% dirt/gravel/trails including eastern Ohio mud/clay. I replace both around 4000 miles when the rear tread is flat and losing traction on dirt/gravel, for the price I do both. I just put a set on my KLX250 for more off road dual sporting.Duro Median and Heidenau T60 have near identical tread. T60 is getting raves. It's the tread pattern that works. Duro is less than 1/2 the price and well worth the risk to try them. Only way I quit running them is if they quit making them.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I haven't installed the tires yet, but from first appearance, they seem well made. There is plenty of tread on this tire and the matching front tire. You can pay more for a name, but why should you?
Nice Replacement Tire

I needed a rear tire fast, and I wanted a good dual sport tread. I like the fact that this tire fit my Honda 450 Nighthawk perfectly, and the price was right. I have yet to take it on a gravel or dirt road for a long distance, but plan on it in the future as I like to go up into the mountains once in awhile. I do live on a gravel road up to my house, and I can tell you there is zero slippage. And it is a good looking tire also. Oh yeah, shipping was super quick!
